Mr. Khalid Ajman has nearly 15 years of experience in investment strategy, governance, and portfolio management across public and private assets. He held senior roles at Saudi Aramco, helped establish the KAUST Endowment, built advisory functions at Jadwa Investment, and holds an MBA and CFA designation.
Mr. Dhaen Hameli, appointed CIO of IFSWF Oman in 2022, has over 18 years’ experience managing MENA-focused funds and portfolios. He co-founded Value Capital Partners, held senior roles at Raidah Capital, SNB Capital, and Samba, and holds dual MBAs and CFA designation.
Mr. Majid Alawad has over 13 years’ experience in retail and institutional brokerage. Appointed Chief Brokerage Officer at Samba Financial in 2025 after serving in an acting capacity, he leads brokerage operations, market execution, and regulatory compliance. Previously, he held senior brokerage roles at Samba and HSBC Oman.
Mr. Badr Ahmad has over 20 years of investment experience, beginning at Riyad Bank as an international dealer. He later joined Alawwal Bank, becoming Head of International & GCC Brokerage. He held senior asset management roles at SAB Invest and led Global Markets at Tawarruq Financial Network.
Mr. Osama Al-Faraj joined Tawarruq Financial Network in 2023 to lead finance. He has over 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance, starting at Zain KSA and later joining Saudi Awwal Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from KFUPM and an MBA from DePaul University.
Mr. Mohammed Saleh has over nine years’ legal experience and joined Tawarruq Financial Network in 2023. He previously served at Banque Saudi Fransi, AlRajhi Bank, and Samba Financial Group. He holds a Master’s in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law and a Law degree from King Saud University.
Mr. Yasser Mohammad has over 13 years’ HR experience, specializing in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. He served as SVP at Bank of Oman, leading transformative HR initiatives, and held roles at Tadawul, EY, and Morgan Stanley. He holds a BA in English and an MBA in HR.
